Covid-19 An Open Letter to Our Channel Partners

Dear Customer,

 

I am writing today to update you on our response to the COVID-19 situation.

Our top priority is to protect our employees, our customers and our community.

We are protecting our employees by implementing Public Health recommendations:

  • All employees who can, are now working from home, including our Business Development, Product Development, and Corporate Services teams. We have robust communication and collaboration tools in place for both internal and external customers.

  • Within our production facility, we have prioritized social distancing by rearranging our lines and common areas, and by adjusting our operational schedules to provide separation between shifts and teams. Cleaning and disinfecting are increased, new handwashing facilities installed, and non-essential visits are cancelled.

We are working hard to support the success of our channel partners.  We are equipped and ready to support you in the challenging days ahead. 

  • Our shelves are full, and we are on our regular production schedule. Our capacity here in Canada and our supply chain remain strong.  

  • All essential services are available to you, such as EDI, Order Entry, Dealer Portal, Shipping, Sales, and Customer Service. Our off-site warehouses are open and continue to operate.

Our business processes are functioning as expected and we are doing everything we can to ensure minimal disruption to you.

We will communicate with you as the situation evolves if there is a substantial change that affects you.
